Since 1992, the company's headquarters and administration have been located in Beerwalde, Thuringia. Our entire competence is concentrated on 15,000 m² of production area. The very high vertical range of manufacture enables us to produce a large part of the order volume completely in-house. Our machining with CNC-controlled lathes, milling and drilling machines enables us to produce customized hydraulic components in individual and series production. For further processing we rely on our own welding shop with welding robot. We solder with the most modern soldering ovens, whose waste gas heat is used to heat our company buildings. The investment in an innovative bending cell with handling robot enables us to bend many different geometries for our customers. Several hose assembly lines round off the portfolio at the Beerwalde site. Our logistics center makes individual logistics concepts possible for our customers. Around 400 employees ensure that the hydraulic products are completed and delivered on time and in the right quality every day. We train our skilled workers ourselves. We are a recognized training company of the Gera Chamber of Industry and Commerce. In the search for trainees, we work closely with schools in the region, are present at education fairs and organize interesting project days at the site in Beerwalde. In December 2021, the nationwide SCHULEWIRTSCHAFT network recognized Dietzel Hydraulik for its outstanding commitment to vocational training and in-company career orientation.
