Staff outing to John Deere in Mannheim
You don't get to see something like this every day - two weeks ago, our colleagues had the opportunity to visit the John Deere plant in Mannheim. The guided tour from 09:00-12:00 gave a unique insight into John Deere's company history. Regular employee outings to our customers are part of our corporate philosophy at Dietzel Hydraulik as a small token of appreciation for good performance. This also strengthens the interdepartmental exchange between employees and their enthusiasm for our customers.
What was particularly impressive for our employees during their visit to John Deere?
A new tractor leaves the factory in Mannheim every six minutes. An astonishing amount - over half of which are exported directly from Mannheim to the rest of the world by ship. We are of course proud to be a part of this, because many John Deere tractors contain high-quality hydraulic hose lines from Dietzel Hydraulik.
The large corporation always attaches great importance to quality and creates an awareness of this in all its plants. The omnipresent message "John Deere: I am quality" was particularly inspiring for our colleagues, whether at reception, in the canteen or at all workplaces. As a supplier of hydraulic components, we naturally also place the highest priority on quality and respond individually to customer requirements. We are therefore proud to be a small part of the John Deere "equipment".
