"With this great handling robot, fully automated feeding of the tubes to and into the bending machine is now possible, which is an enormous relief especially for the production of large quantities". Says René Eichhorn, sales manager at Dietzel Hydraulik.
He adds that the innovative technology allows for an extensive expansion of the possible bending geometries and a loading of tubes with up to 3150 millimeters.
This means an enormous relief for the employees, because with such tube lengths quite a lot of weight can accumulate.
Eichhorn proudly reports further: "We can now offer our customers even more complex components and have thus taken another important step for the future viability of our company."
Dietzel Hydraulik in Beerwalde specializes in the manufacture and sale of customized hydraulic solutions. Its customer base includes many well-known customers such as John Deere, Liebherr and Jungheinrich.
