Who hasn't experienced it: A good report card has certainly been rewarded before. So why not honor and reward trainees with special achievements? Our Lee-Ann started her training as a warehouse logistics specialist with us in 2021 and is welcome in all areas. She learns new areas very quickly, is flexible and reliable, and her performance at school is very good. Her trainer took this as an opportunity to honor Lee-Ann "out of turn". There was a whole Dietzel backpack full of small gifts.
Thank you, dear Lee-Ann, for your commitment. And did you know? She's not the only one in your family at Dietzel Hydraulics. Her grandma, her mother, her big brother and, as of this training year, her little brother also give their best every day for and at Dietzel.
