At Dietzel Hydraulik, it has become a Christmas tradition to support associations in the region that do a lot for children and youth work. Employees can submit their suggestions for this every year. In the anniversary year 2022, Dietzel Hydraulik provided a total of 7000€, which were donated proportionally to the clubs.
On 07.03.2023, Dietzel Hydraulik Managing Director Robert Schwedler visited the Raptors Cheer-Sport club from Schmölln, which was only spun off from the SV Großstöbnitz at the beginning of the year and now operates as an independent club. Already 75 members, from 3 teams in different age groups, train here several times a week on different choreographies, stunts and pyramids. They practice diligently in order to take part in various national championships, but every now and then there are also appearances at other sporting events, such as basketball. Chairman Alexander Newald emphasizes: "The great thing about our sport is not only the community, but also the mutual trust in and among each other. That's important, otherwise our choreographies wouldn't work." With the donation of 600€, the "Raptors" would like to invest in new uniforms - "in the future, all teams should appear in the same outfit," Alexander Newald continues.
We are pleased about so much sporty employment, wish the association further much success and who is still on the search for a varied leisure sport, can look past at any time to training. Training takes place, for example, on Tuesday afternoons in the Walter Kluge Hall in Schmölln.
