2010
I started via a temporary employment agency and was then taken on by Dietzel fairly quickly.
Basically, every day is the same, but always different. It usually starts with quality control of colleagues' components. Since quality is particularly important to us, we inspect pre-assembled parts according to the 4-eyes principle. After the quality inspection, the remeasurement of the components, I devote myself to the orders. These can be assemblies for pre-setting, machining or forming. Pre-straightening of parts is the joining of, for example, threaded connections to pipes by means of the TIG welding process. This operation allows the parts to remain in the correct position and orientation, thus preparing the work for the welders.
I particularly enjoy working with my colleagues, and there is also a great willingness to help. In addition, the work is varied on a daily basis. What sweetens the day now and then is the fruit, but also on special occasions little treats.
