My current position is a machine setter in CNC milling. However, I am currently aiming for a foreman position.
On 08.08.2016 I started my vocational training as a machinist.
I was looking for an internship in 2015. My best friend made me aware of Dietzel Hydraulik. As a result, I decided to do the internship. I liked it very much and it made me apply for an apprenticeship at Dietzel.
Currently I am working on the milling machines. In doing so, I set up and program the CNC milling machines that machine and produce the workpieces. After machining, I perform quality inspection using the latest measuring technology. For new parts, I reprogram the machines and at regular intervals I independently carry out maintenance on the CNC milling machines.
What I like about Dietzel is the good working atmosphere and the varied tasks. With the programming of new parts, I am not only given a challenge that I like, but also responsibility. I also like the many opportunities for further training and education, especially my master craftsman training. The company also gives me the opportunity to work flexible hours, despite shift work.
