We offer our customers a wide range of suction and low pressure fittings.

Standard versions

We supply suction and low pressure fittings in the standard range from stock in the designs:

• 45° angle
• 90° angle

Special solutions

Our special Dietzel modular system and flexible manufacturing also allow the production of customized solutions in a short time. Special fittings for your applications can be manufactured with:

• Deviating angular positions
• Special leg lengths
• step sizes
• short nipple for narrow installation spaces

Integration of the valves

Various fastening elements ensure reliable integration of the suction and low-pressure fittings. Press-fit fittings are generally preferred for assembled hose assemblies. If installation corrections are necessary during assembly, hose clamps and clamping shells are a suitable alternative.

Seals

We prefer O-ring sealing variants, which offer higher sealing reliability. The suction hose connection developed by our design engineers further increases tear-out and sealing reliability. This has been impressively proven in various tests.
