Since March 2022, I have been responsible for the assembly plant at the Löbichau site as the new plant manager.
From August 2007 to February 2011, I successfully completed vocational training in the company as a plant mechanic for welding technology.
This was followed by civilian service, the acquisition of the advanced technical college entrance qualification and finally a mechanical engineering degree with a focus on production technology in mechanical and vehicle engineering at the West Saxon University of Applied Sciences in Zwickau.
With the successful completion of my studies, I was initially active in the internal and later also in the external project business of the company from July 2017.
The return to Dietzel Hydraulik was already apparent in the last semester of my studies. At that time I got the chance and the confidence to write my diploma thesis within the company. I met familiar faces as well as new ones, who immediately recognized me as part of the team. The cohesion and togetherness of the colleagues as well as the company's commitment to winning back a former trainee left such a positive impression that my decision to work for Dietzel Hydraulik was an easy one.
As plant manager, I am responsible for planning, controlling and coordinating production capacities and processes as well as the strategic development of the plant.
In addition, I am responsible for implementing the entrepreneurial duties assigned to me and for carrying out appropriate controls on a regular basis.
My team, consisting of area managers, work preparers and production controllers, actively supports me in all these tasks.
The pronounced vertical range of manufacture and the broad portfolio of products for a wide variety of industries provide a lot of variety and also ensure a secure job.
In addition, the company offers numerous opportunities for professional development and advises its employees accordingly in a cooperative and solution-oriented manner.
